Our group has a weekly network or "NET" on the KD6DDM repeater on Sierra Peak (Southern California); with Echolink accessibility.  This "Net" is open to all licensed amateur radio operators and encourage non-licensed to monitor.  We talk about all things related to and important to those who are "Community Emergency Response Team" or CERT members. Our goal for the Net is to provide inter-neighborhood radio communication capabilities in the event of a catastrophic event.  The members of this network are dedicated to providing assistance to their neighbors.

As mentioned before, this Net is open to ALL licensed amateur radio operators and we encourage others to monitor via scanner.
